How do I place an order?

Add the items you want to purchase into your cart then either sign in or create an account to check out.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Once you check out you will be given the secure payment options.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All deliveries take 3-5 working days, this does not include weekends and public holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER DELIVERED TO?

There are two delivery options:
Paxi – Delivered to your nearest Pep store, R50 for all stock orders.
Fastway – Door to door delivery, R60 for all stock orders.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Paxi – Pep will sms your contact number once they receive your parcel you can then tack that tracking number and track it on Paxi.co.za

Fastway – Once your order has been shipped, Fastway will email you with the tracking information.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DETAILS?

Sign into your account to change your information.

IS MY BANKING INFORMATION SAFE?

Yes it is, we don’t see your information, a secure third party payment gateway processes all payments.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Factory defaults or damaged products must be sent to us on Whatsapp or email within 24 hours, the latest accepted is 30 days after the purchase was made. Any unused items can be returned at your own cost within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.

IS THERE A RECRUITMENT PROGRAMME?

No, we are not a networking company.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PAID?

No, you cannot make changes to an order once payment is made, please make sure your contact details are correct.

When does my order get processed?

Once an order is placed and paid for it is then processed the following business day.
